Deborah Rich formed Flipside Dance based in Cobham Surrey in 2007 with only 6 enthusiastic students teaching them hip hop/street. Due to Deborah’s passion for teaching students how to perform, Flipside Dance has since flourished and now offers classes in all dance disciplines that gives students the best opportunities in dance.
Our ballet classes follow the ISTD syllabuses and we enter students under the ISTD exam board. Our Acro classes are based and formed around the Acrobatic Arts exams and PBT follows the progressing ballet technique syllabuses.
It is our intention to nurture confidence and enthusiasm in our pupils in order that they fulfil their maximum potential at all times.
Flipside offers all students the chance to perform in their annual performances which are highly valued as part of the students training and gives the students the chance to wear amazing costumes while showing off their skills.
Flipside caters for all students with all abilities, from those who want to dance for fun to those who want to go on and dance professionally. In addition, there are the FSD Elites for those students who wish to enter competitions and perform at events.
Our professional yet friendly classes are suitable for children aged from 2 ½ years to 19 years plus all our classes are based on ability and not on age, every student is individually assessed.
