The Flipside Elite Teams are composed of dedicated students eager to elevate their dance journey. Entry to the team is through auditions or special invitations only, reflecting each member’s exceptional potential. Members are organised into age and ability groups, maximising team success at competitions. FSD Elite students are required to train in at least three dance disciplines weekly to maintain their strong technique.

Being an FSD Elite is a significant commitment for both students and parents, as the team performs year-round at various events and competitions, demanding additional rehearsals to perfect their craft. Consistent attendance in weekly technique classes is also crucial to allow focused choreography sessions for upcoming performances.
